Core team meeting: Monday 9th September morning
Plan on arriving at the Sunstar hotel 14:00 – 18:00 on Sunday 8th. 

General consortium meeting: 9th -12th September
Plan on arriving at the Sunstar hotel 14:00-18:00 on Monday 9th.

Departure Thursday 12th September, morning.

Travel: 3 hrs by train from Zurich airport
